Study in Water Colors: Rural Estate by pink-gizzy Study in Water Colors: Rural Estate by pink-gizzy
During this week I've been on an old rural estate here in Berlin, to practice drawing and painting in nature.
On the last day, I went back to water colors and painted my favorite spot again.

Materials: Water Color paper (thick), water colors, Albrecht Dürer Water Color- Pencils
Time: about an hour
Reference: yes
Size: A3

Very nice! You have a lot of detail in the foliage without losing the flow of the watercolours. :) Very well done!

I'm not the person to say something about the technique. What I can do is say: I really, really like the motive, the composition, the degree of reducing detail (which is probably something that comes along with using watercolor).

Very, very beautiful. It gives me a feeling of being calmed down, of sitting in front of the house and just breathing the air of the rural site.
